Yard of the Month

This contest is a monthly contest from April through September. The purpose of this contest is to encourage residents to keep their yards and homes tidy while promoting a little friendly competition between neighbors.

The contest is open to all TFBC residents in good standing with the Association. All judges and Board of Directors are considered ineligible for the contest.

The award for receiving the Yard of the Month is $50.  A sign will be placed in your yard letting everyone know that your hard work has earned you this distinction.  Winner's addresses will be posted on the Community Reader Board and the TFBC website.  Photos of your home and yard will also be displayed on the website.

This award will only be given to the same residence once within a 24-month period.
